Convergent, a Lehigh Valley based provider of comprehensive IT and managed services for SMB & Enterprise businesses, announces the promotion of Bernadette Elchin to Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations & Risk Management and the promotion of John-Frank Stubits to Director of Sales & Business Development to its Leadership Team and John D. Landis to Director of Operations & Managed Services.

It is fitting to recognize Bernadette, John-Frank and John for their past contributions to our efforts as they assume additional responsibilities in pursuit of our strategic vision,” said Christopher Jones, President and CEO.
Bernadette Elchin rejoined Convergent in 2008 in Operations Management & Finance. In 2012 she became responsible for advancing the business operations and expanding it into a Managed Services offering. Her promotion to Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations & Risk Management makes her accountable for executing our strategic operating vision and integrating efforts across Convergent business operations, financial, internal systems & processes, human resources, and risk management. Bernie began her career with the former Chadwick Telephone in 1984 in Finance and was promoted over the years to numerous financial and operations management positions. With over 37 years of communications and data management, Bernie’s experience has included responsibilities in all customer service functions including project coordination, operations coordination, network provisioning of customers, financial operations, and budgeting, as well as human resources and risk management. Personally, Bernie fills her time with her family and is a proud parent to daughter Sara and (late) son Andrew. She can be found hosting the backyard BBQ, riding her bike on the Lehigh Valley trails, organizing Andrew’s annual memorial charity golf tournament, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
John-Frank Stubits rejoined Convergent in 2020 and has seen his responsibilities increase to a Sales Team Leader of our SMB/Velocity Sales Group. He is being promoted to Director of Sales & Business Development accountable for the management of our Sales Groups and marketing initiatives for Convergent With an accomplished 15+ year record in customer success and account management leadership across several industries, John-Frank is experienced in understanding individualized needs within an organization and partnering to deliver optimal results. In his spare time, he enjoys hacking up the golf course, spending time with family - his wife, Veronica, and their labradoodle Barkley. John-Frank is sales certified in the entire portfolio of services offered by Convergent and will do whatever it takes to deliver winning outcomes for his customers and team.
John D. Landis rejoined Convergent in 2017 as the Director of Managed Services. His new position as the Director of Operations & Managed Services will include responsibilities around Continuous Service Improvement, which consists of strengthening processes and identifying operational improvements across our multiple service offerings segments. John started with the former Chadwick Telephone in 1980 as the Lead Technician and was promoted throughout the years and held several engineering and operations management positions. With over 40 years of communications and data management experience, John’s experience in Technical management has included responsibilities in Network operations, Switch Engineering, Carrier Central Office, and Field Operations. Personally, John and his wife enjoy spending time with their son and daughter and 4 grandchildren. John enjoys spicy food and sampling the latest microbrews.
