See why Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company chose Convergent and Mitel to deploy and manage a new communications solution. ![DSC_0209](https://simple.askconvergent.com/hs-fs/hubfs/DSC_0209.jpg?quality=high&width=500&height=334&name=DSC_0209.jpg) For over 115 years, the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company has had a proud history of exceptional service, a family atmosphere, and delicious chocolates in a mission to support the Milton Hershey School. While the sweetest place on earth is thriving in its entertainment services, its communications platform had grown beyond the end of its useful life. ![DSC_0182](https://simple.askconvergent.com/hs-fs/hubfs/DSC_0182.jpg?quality=high&width=500&height=334&name=DSC_0182.jpg) The Hershey team needed to evaluate different [Unified Communications (UC)](https://askconvergent.com/solutions/) & Contact Center Solutions before selecting the best option. The unique requirements of the entertainment and resorts company posed many challenges when looking for a new communications solution. ![DSC_0188](https://simple.askconvergent.com/hs-fs/hubfs/DSC_0188.jpg?quality=high&width=499&height=334&name=DSC_0188.jpg) After evaluation, the Hershey team ultimately chose Mitel as their cloud solutions provider, and Convergent for the deployment and ongoing managed services of the solution. The Convergent and Mitel engineering teams then worked with Hershey on the final design across their 31-site campus. ![DSC_0251](https://simple.askconvergent.com/hs-fs/hubfs/DSC_0251.jpg?quality=high&width=500&height=334&name=DSC_0251.jpg) Utilizing Mitel's solution and Convergent's managed service offering, [Convergent One UC & Collaboration (UC&C)](https://askconvergent.com/managed-services/#tabs-3) compliments Hershey and their exceptional commitment to servicing to their guests for many years to come. ![Convergent team at Hershey Lodge during cutover](https://simple.askconvergent.com/hs-fs/hubfs/DSC_0165-1.jpg?quality=high&width=500&height=334&name=DSC_0165-1.jpg) Convergent is a tenured technology solutions partner dedicated to making technology simple.
